Kind Words
-
“Ambivalent relationships bring stress, confusion, and other feelings that are not so positive. Unfortunately, the X project was a good example of a product team that had that element. No one ever really knows when a program can test your abilities on all fronts that can make you feel challenged, or even question your capacities. I do have to tip my hat to Autumn for having the resilience to overcome this adversary and turn them into an ally. It took thought, patience and time, yet because of Autumn's strength and diligent communication, she heightened our perception as a group and made an indelible mark of what she is made of."
